Unlucky tb, not an awful lot you could do about this on the flop. The only thing I would say is to probably raise a little more than 2x the big blind pre-flop. This is just to stop any lesser hands coming in cheaply (especially in the blinds) and so you can put your opponent on a smaller range of hands.
