Ok rather than wait for questions that might never come Ill start

The Driver. You lack Distance you Slice am I right
Slice - Fire your right side, meaning as your arms come down let your right side follow, the slice comes from you letting your arms get so far ahead of your body it just becomes an arm swing.

Set up Help
Allow your spine to tilt slightly to the right allowing you to sweep the ball off the tee.

Oh I just thought I would add this golf swing thread as abit of fun,you never know it might help someone outthere

Re: Your Golf Swing

The only problem i've got with me swing is my bad back so i do a 3 quarter swing or half swing usually with a 3 wood and on a good day i can get 200 yards + .

But my trouble lies with this little bloke in my head that says use this club, use that club and if you really give it some welly you will reach the green

But it the taking part that counts

To stop u trying to welly it MYDOGDYLAN, swing like the ball isnt there if you know what i mean.it will stop you hitting at it.If you go down the range tee your ball up then just make a practice swing as you would on the tee before playing your shot this will soon get you sweeping the ball.

Re: Your Golf Swing

Hi Win, tips for putting mate, youll have the silkiest putting stroke at your club when im finished with you.
1,Try gripping the putter with the thumb of both hands pointing straight down the putter grip.
2,Have the ball slightly forward of centre.
3,No lifting of the putter head, take it back low.
4,NO BODY OR HEAD MOVEMENT,this is vital, movement of either will send the putterhead offline.Putting is just a shoulder swing.
5,Depending on the length of putt should determine the width of your stance,so for short putts narrow stance, medium putts medium stance, and for long putts a wide stance, this will help you with distance control too.
6,All the hands(not the club head) to travel towards the hole, this will stop you from snatching at the ball.
Practise
Place a cup on the floor and putt your ball into it,dont look at your ball till it hits the back of the cup.
