6/1 - TUTTLES RONALDO

TUTTLES RONALDO looks stonking value to me, only a length or so behind the fav on times yet almost 4 times the price. He's a quick starter and should definitely qualify tonight from trap 1 (needs to finish in the first 3) and will be shorter for the final. WESTMEAD EAGLE is in trap 6 in the same race but has to come from behind and might well get held up by trap 5.

Back him to 2pts tonight (Betfair) and to 5pts outright (Ladbrokes, BlueSquare, Bet365 all go 6/1) for a cracking value bet.

Sorry, I'm a complete novice at greyhound so please bear with me. Is Tuttle's Ronaldo in Trap 1 for the 9.12 race or did I miss it completely at 8.12?

He ran from trap 1 in the 8.12, Daik....finished 3rd after a little bit crowded at the first turn. In the final, but the winner (fav out of trap 6) looked impressive.

My understanding of it is there's 2 semi finals........One at 8.12 and one at 9.12 The first three dogs past the post in each race go onto the final.....three from each race hence another 6 dog race.
Seen's tip was for tuttles ronaldo to win the final. Before either of the races have been run - ie before tuttles has even qualified for the final, the price on tuttles was 6/1 which he thinks is good value. After the 8.12 race if tuttles qualifies(which it did) it's price to win the final is gonna be less than 6/1 hence it's not as good a bet now.
He also recommended betting it (2 points) to win the heat at 8.12
It didn't win though, it came 3rd so the 2 point bet lost.
Now you can still back it to win blue riband but the price will not be as good.
Did that make sense ?

Yep, I got that Alien, thanks for the explanation. I couldn't understand how betfair listed the trap numbers and ladbrokes listed the dog's name's. Looks like I've missed the boat on this one.
