Can anyone explain why bookies find Serbia the favorites here?
Serbia is having much more quality (at least for me) but still i wouldn`t place a bet on those odds
Under is almost sure thing in that game both teams with great difence and one goal could decide the game.....
P.S. One more stupid mistake from the bookies Serbia and Montenegro are two separate countries
National coach Dusan Fitzel named on Wednesday a 20-man squad for Malta’s two EURO 2008 qualifiers against Norway and Bosnia-Herzegovina.
The two players, which will not make the trip on Thursday afternoon are Pieta Hotspurs goalkeeper Andrew Hogg and Hibernians strker Andrew Cohen.
Meanwhile the two players suspended for Saturday’s clash against Norway, defending duo Roderick Briffa and Luke Dimech, were named in the Czech Republic tactician squad as they will be available four days later when the Maltese side take on Bosnia-Herzegovina.
The first match against the Norwegians, which will be played at Ulleval Stadium in Oslo will be controlled by David Malcolm of Northern Ireland, while that against the Bosnians at Kosevo Stadium, Sarajevo will be in the hands of Welsh referee Cderi Richards.

German coach Löw will start with the best 11 players versus San Marino and I read in the latest news that San Marino will come to germany without their skipper. He´s the once professional football player and in the playoffs with his team for serie B in the italian league.

Azerbaijan vs Poland
Im gonna go with Azerbaijan +1.5,+2
Azerbaijan's away goal tally of 12-0 while at home they drew with Kazakhstan 1-1 and beat Finland 1-0. Poland has much more class but only 2 away games, they won both only 1-0 versus Kazakhstan & Belgium.

Wales vs Czech Republic
Giggs last game, but the Czechs are to win this imo, as theyve shown to be the best side in group D after Germany..
I already took Bulgaria, great price btw, since Belarus has nothing to fight for - except pride, but as we have seen many times before, it's the thing that's for sale, and after disaster vs. Albania, this is simply must win game for Bulgarians.
Romania, also is a nice bet.
It's announced that they will come to Slovenia with best possible team.(Dica and Cosic are missing).
Slovenia now it's not what they used to be, and without motivation and bad last results (lost to Bulgaria and Belarus, draw with Albania) , inexperienced & young players....they couldn't do any harm to Romania, which is , as Bulgaria, still in a fight for two first places in a group with Holland, so neither them or Bulgarians, couldn't afford to loose another "easy" points.
Still my main bets will be, as nice accu: Croatia they're strong enough to beat Estonia and to confirm the first place in group.
Greece
easy home game vs. unmotivated, well known "merchants".
The best way to forget hard beating by Turkey, and to stay in a game. Spain
Another dropping of points could put Spain in a difficult position.
They were not so convincing in this qualification, but experienced team as Spanish, with lots of high quality players must find a way to beat , must say , a couple of class above, Latvia.
Portugal was a candidate for mentioned accumulator, but since I have read that Ronaldo,Simao Sabrosa,Nuno Gomes and Carvalho will miss the game, I decided not to support them in such reduced squad..
Some of You might expect me to say something about our national team.
Serbia disappointed everybody in shamefully lost vs. Kazahstan, but one thing is clear:"Kazahstan was better team then and they deserved a crucial victory".
Now.I really can't believe that Serbia is ready for away victory, maybe....Zigic is out, two forwards are Lazovic and Pantelic.,,if they score first, early...maybe, don't know!
I'm always afraid of possible mistakes that our defense allows.
Finland is nothing special, and after good start they have lost vs. Armenia...
Still early for final decision, but my first recommendation is to leave this match alone, since some low scoring draw is written all over it.

Cheers for the tips charly1, just to say i wouldnt back Portugal even with Ronaldo and Caravalho on, they allways disapoint me away from home and Belgium are very aggressive..
As for Spain its a thing of pride between the players and coach Aragonés imo, just like with the previous campaign..
I only hope the Rosicky will be in form, 'cos he was not playing for few months and he is the main brain of our attack. I think there will be no problems with our attackers - Koller looks good in this part of the season, Baros can by replaced very easily if he will play shit, 'cos Kulic is the same quick type, but with better technique, I hope the deffence will finally find themselfs after fatal mistakes against Germany and Cyprus where only bad ending of Cyprus attackers saved us.
This will be a very difficult match for us and I think odds around @1,80 are too low for me, after all the bad that happened in our team last national meeting.
The odds on Macedonia-Israel match are IMO totally unrealistic...You may say that I'm Macedonian and my mind is not clear... but:Israel are playing without key players Benayoun,Ben Haim,and without first choise GK and almost all first choise defenders and I can't beleive this odds...Macedonia is missing Sedloski, and Aleksandar Mitreski,but with Vasovski for Sedloski, and Tasevski in midfield I see more open play and for sure goal in Israel net...I beleive that everyone that has seen this two teams play must admit that odds are UNREALISTIC...IMO They would have been unrealistic even if Israel was complete and after all this news I can't see Israel win in Skopje...I'll go for home win,but that's my Macedonian opinion...

Very tough game for us .. Alot of injured players (such as Benayun, Ben-Haim, Gershon , Davidovic , Ben-Shushan) but I still think We've got enough quality (specially upfront with on-fire Yizhaki and Colautti) to score at least one . Weakest part of the team is defence of course .
