EURO U21 2008 Qualifications
I wonder why no one opened these thread so far?
Only two games for me tonight:
Montenegro U21-England U21 2 @ 1.45
Those two are the main concern for Pierce's squad.
Vukcevic was solid player once, nothing special, unfortunately he is partly forgotten in Russia and I am suspicious in his great come back.
He can score from free kick, but I'm afraid that he's not prepared for long fight and run with England defense.
Jovetic is OK so far, young, talented, fit...he showed couple of good games for Partizan, but against much weaker opposition than best English young players from EPL.
On the other side bunch of EPL players.
I don't know nothing about pitch condition, just have seen many times that it's almost impossible to play if it is wet and full of mud.
In that case, team which is better prepared for 90 minutes of hard working, and I have no doubt that is England, will control the match.
In other case, if pitch is Ok, team with better skills have bigger chance to win, and that's England, again.
Offered price is too low, I agree, and the other thing that scares me a bit is a motivation.
Qualifications has just started, there's plenty to play, and in these circumstances both teams could be satisfied with draw.
Again, I think that decisive factor in this game could be experience and physical strength, which might prevail in second half, when hosts will be tired.
I already took AW yesterday at @ 1.60
Today I'm taking H2 @ 2.35 for lower stake
France U21-Wales U21 1 @ 1.20
Not much to say about these one.
Simply I think that France is better, playing home...big class difference in Leagues where most of players come from.
