Best .Avi to .3gp converter

I need a good .Avi to .3gp movie converter. I am wanting to convert an avi file, over and hour long, to a .3gp for my phone.
I have been told to use Xilisoft 3GP Video Converter, but the trial will only do 2 mins of the movie.
If anyone knows of a good, free, converter, or can do the file for me please tell me.

Hi mate trying to get it sent up by email i think its working but not sure as it just says scanning and uploading so things crossed if not we will have to think of another way of doing it

There's a good nokia one I got free off their website. I don't even have a nokia phone but 3gp is 3gp!

boys can you recommend one?

ive used a few slicks posted but i either get sound and no VIDEO or it doesnt even allow me to play it once its on my phone.

Have tried many but for true quality you cant beat Allok 3GP PSP MP4 iPod Video Converter in my opinion.
