to mix things up? - we suppose to do it, call with a junk but with some potential like that one 2c3c - suited connectors, I thought it's just a min raise so I can call ( I was on BB ) if I flop big then great if I don't I'm done with a hand... and i flopped

calling raises with crap hands is a route to the poor house. If you're going to do it (cold-call raises with weaker hands), you ideally need a couple of conditions:

a) Closing the action
b) having position
c) having potential (32s doesnt - you can't be confident with a flush and very limited straight possibilities)
d) having deep effective stacks (nb this means the most likely player to stack off OR yourself) - a large multiple of the raise - I like 20+
e) having several players in the pot - allows you to relax (d)
f) having a raiser who'll continue to aggress and has problems letting a hand go.

lol come on doc i think we CAN be confident with a flush. Obviously its a low one but im not gonna be like oh noes i hit a flush!
