OK now this aint a small full house but even so I can still be outdrawn !
I flopped kings full of jacks, sweet, fecking monster right ? There were six or seven people in this pot so all I gotta do is pray someone has a king or even pocket jacks and I get paid. Also a flush draw on.
Someone led at the pot for 4 BB, ok i just called him hoping for maybe more people to stay in. Nope they all folded, ok I hope this guy has a king then !
The turn was a 10, not bad. Basically I wanna see any cards other than an ace or a queen. He then led at the pot again for 10 BBs, I'm pretty certain he has a king by now (no shit sherlock !)
River was another 10, DING

! He led again for 20 BBs and I of course put him all in. He called and flipped AK, sweet. Now obviously that hand is nowhere near as vulnerable as say flopping threes full of fours. This time I want people with low pocket pairs like 9s,8s,7s etc to hit and make a full house. If he had checked it perhaps they would have but there was a flush draw on and hence he was correct to lead with it you could say.
I on the other hand want flushes to hit.
Main danger is of course KQ or AK filling up to a higher house. Ten was a perfect card as the guy probably thought he was calling for a split, but oh no ! The difficult thing would have been if an ace or queen had fallen and the guy had gone all in. Fecking tough to lay that down. Still I think here I gotta take the chance and slow play it a little and just call his bets cos he won't fill up many more times than he will and pay me off. The amount of times he does fill up are outweighed by the amount of times he doesn't and pays me off.
Argh I just finished writing that and then I have QQ with a QJA flop. A smush stack check raised me and I called to find K 10
Of course I didn't fill up
You'd have to think twice if it was for a complete buy in. Annoying thing is there are so many likely hands you are beating like AK, AQ, AJ, JQ
