Crowie , as regards me not doing under 4.5 in the turkish game , ive done quite a few of these challenges ,and my thinking is that you MUST mix up your bets ,ie 0-0 lays ,under 4.5 , etc etc because eventually if you stick to the same bet you WILL get blown out the water . Especially when you like playing in the live tv games . Ive also realised that its much more stress free not needing a goal than needing 1 , so going under 4.5 is much less stress free than laying 0-0 , or even laying 6+ goals which is sometimes priced ludicrously low if the favs are very short .AC milan the other night werea round 6.5 for 6+ goals to lay .now milan never get 6 goals and aek wasnt going to score so why the hell was it priced at around 11/2 ? beats me !!!

Anyway ,steady as she goes , 6 down so only 94 to go !! The bank is now at £56.00 so im ahead of schedule thanks to last nights win ,which i though was a tradgic price to back at ,6.19 for 3 more goals in a game involving Hull and Sheff Weds ,it HAD to be laid !! Id of had it more like 56.19 !!
For a start ,the opener by wednesday was never a penalty , and Hull never score many and hadnt won at home yet this season so once they got ahead after being behind they were always going to be cautious attackwise , for me there was 1 goal more at the very most in that game even though there was 70 mins still to play . People overreact wildy to early goals ,or even the lack of early goals and thats where betting in running pays off in my opinion .

Could be a good day today and i`ll be looking at getting 3 in ,or maybe 4 given some luck ,depends on the way things pan out .

Watford - Aston Villa

Villa have been defensively very sound this season , managing to get 1-1 draws away to tricky teams arsenal and west ham , and though this is agame they feel they can win they wont be going gung ho from the outset .

Watford for their part , though yet to win ,have been quite steady at the back losing just 2-1 at everton and 1-0 (last minute penalty) at bolton , 2-1 against man utd , and drawing 1-1 against west ham .

This is a game that both teams feel they can win , but for that reason it could be quite scrappy ,and with Watford yet to win and Villa winning only 4 away games in the last 2 seasons both will be very keen not to go behind early .

Lillestrom and Valerenga have had 1 0-0 draw between them all season out of 40 games (20 each), and that was on the opening day of the season when a mudbath of a pitch put paid to any goalscoring chances .

Recent games have seen goalfests involving these 2 teams , with Lillestrom averaging 3 goals in home games and Valerenga avergaing 3 in away games . Last week saw Vlerenga win 6-1 at home and Lillestrom draw 3-3 away , theier 3rd 3-3 of the season !

For me this game smacks of goals and were sure to get at least 1 !!

Ive taken the no next goal method this time as its the same as laying 0-0 only its settled as soon as the goal goes in , as im planning on betting a game later tonight .
