I fancy this new DVD Recorder from Ebuyer..DVD Recorder...Looks nice doesn't it? 80GB HD as well..Hmmm...yesss.. Unfortunately £200 aint a figure I want to spend..I fancy buying it for a tenner.... So what I'm gonna do over the duration of this weekend to end Sunday, is raise enough cash from a tenner to buy it courtesy of Betfair..I'm looking at bets around evens, so I reckon 5 bets where I just stick the full winnings on each bet should do the job..And by the middle of next week I'll be recording stuff, pausing live footy, transferring VHS tapes to DVD..Sorted..

Bet 1 - Saturday - 1.00 pm - MK Dons not to lose against Wallsall (£5.90 on draw at 3.35, £4.10 on MK at 4.4)

Dear oh dear oh dear...You know when you have this feeling of dread that it'll all end in tears.....

However I must stick to what I said, and I will go through to the bitter end, even if it means I chuck away £100+ on a bet I wouldnt normally consider...

Unfortunately (for me) I'm fairly merry now so the logic of placing such a bet doesnt have the normal implications to me so I'm just going for it... :loon

I must admit that in theory this '£10 to £100, etc' lark sounds alright and easy enough, but when you're suddenly faced with the proposition of doubling up big amounts later on, it suddenly isnt so easy to just do....
