Ah well Komp , the Aussie league is the best in the world , they are far fitter faster and stronger than the teams in the UK.

As for support , Sky televise the Aussie matches of a weekend and by all accounts the viewing figures are impressive..

Re: NRL Aussie Rugby League 19th May.

Melbourne v Sydney City Roosters (+12)

The State Of Origin is coming up on Wednesday so several players are stood down for this weekend. The Roosters may be running last in the competition but they have four players involved in the representative squads and they can't play against the Storm. Melbourne are without five or six but are very hard to beat at home and their replacement players are a lot better than those coming in for the Roosters. They look a great bet to cover the start and even run up a big score.

Manly v Brisbane (+10)

The Sea Eagles have three players involved with Origin, Brisbane six or seven which is an awful lot. Manly are undefeated at home this season and while they are lacking their two first chouce centres and a front-rower this week, you have to fancy them to cover. Brisbane's resources are stretched, they are missing the likes of Darren Lockyer and Justin Hodges. You have to be with the home side here

Thanks to Ian Millward and the Sporting Life site......
