My first impression are Wales +13 is a generous offer in a "friendly"

I will post more detailed thoughts later

Re: England v Wales Rugby August 4th

take care when using oddschecker as i was caught out when i thought i had spotted a possibility of making money.

I see on oddschecker England available @2.0 on betfair , in my rush to get my money on , but only £10 available so I quickly place my bet.
I then place £10 on Wales +13 with Paddies @1.91
So if Wales lose by less than 13 points I'm in the money on both bets, WRONG
Even though I had gone via the oddschecker link and in my rush to place the bet I hadn't noticed that the betfair bet placed was an England v Wales tournament match bet , I'd rather lose that bet than have England go further than Wales in the RWC , in reality though , both will be knocked out the same weekend in the quarters.
I did this earlier tonight when I was sober , luckily only £10 was available as in my greed I would have placed much more if it had been available.

Re: England v Wales Rugby August 4th

Wales will miss Stephen Jones bossing it at 10; England seem to have a big pack and line-out proficiency. Strong bench (all-used?) and with Twickenham factor and Jonny's place-kicking should get over the 13.

But it's hardly a game to pile into.
