these are some of the forthcoming fixtures
28/03 Ospreys v Ulster
28/03 Connacht v Munster
28/03 Edinburgh v Blues
29/03 Scarlets v Leinster
30/03 Dragons v Warriors
That Ospreys fixture will be worth considering after their performance yesterday.
Team selection will be crucial as the following weekend is Heineken quarter finals, which may see some rested. Munster are the only Irish club in the Heineken.
Only one game today in the Guinness premiership Bristol at home to Harlequins. Bristol beat Quins home and away in the heineken cup earlier on in the season but I feel quins have improved greatly since then. Bristol will not as solid as last season are though to beat at home and have won their last two games. Quins on the other hand have been storming up the tableup the table and a win today would see them leapfrog Sale into fourth position.
So what's the bets, firstly I think Quins are good value @2.82 or +3.5 @2.1 for the less adventurous. However I think the bet of the day is match points over 39.5 @ around 1.9. Both teams are at full strenght, have two reliable place kickers and have been scoring tries aplenty.
So here it is match points over 39.5 @1.9
And for those without this option Quins +3.5 @ 2.1
A word of warning though the forecast is ok ish in Bristol. If it gets worse before the game I wont take the points total bet as Bristol's pitch turns to swap in the rain.
Two from two a good start for the new thread. I should probably retire now with a 100% record. The points total bet was a tad lucky as their was eight shots at goal missed. Still a wins a win.
Next week is massive one with the return of the worlds premier club competition The Heineken Cup.

Good lack all
two good calls there red , well done
Heineken Cup quarters on the 5th/6th of April I believe
I'm in agreement with you on the sale/bath game D.O.D. Sale have been far from impessive the past couple of months, bath on the other hand are very solid away from home. The only thing stopping me from backing bath outright is shaune berne at outhalf. The handicap of 4/5 pts for bath should be enough.
My 'machine' likes Bath
It tells me Sale to win by 3-4. Handicap currently Bath +6
Gloucester are a gimme IMO. Machine says -14, Bet365 say -3 :yum_yum
A part from taking a hiding from munster last week ulster have been making steady progress under matt williams. Having said that the ospreys were awesome last week. There is no value in the match betting and I dont think the 14pt spread is a gimme either. The one outstanding bet for me is the match points total @35.5pts at 1.7. The ospreys are capable of that themselves and ulster are better then last week suggest.
Munster/connacht games are always tight especially in galway. The ten point spread is bang on so I'll be leaving this one alone but the match odds of 1.24 for munster looks like a good interest rate to me.
Yeah i expected more from ulster myself. I hope i did'nt talk you out of munster -10 ! I was sweating a bit on my points total bet just about got there in the end.
