Sharks to beat Sea Eagles @ 1.53 (Coral)

Most bookies go 1.44 here, and Coral are even more generous. This is another case of strong home team versus weak away team, though the bookies seem to be making too much of the respective league positions (8th and 7th). The Sharks have a 7-3 home record this season, the 3 defeats coming against the Broncos, Eels and Wests Tigers - placed 1, 2 and 3 in the table. The Sea Eagles are 3-7 away (wins against 9th, 10th and 13th placed sides, and have lost to bottom 2 in most recent outings away), mainly due to their inability to score many tries. The Sharks' attacking play has hardly been fluent of late, so I wouldn't expect them to thrash the Sea Eagles, but they do find a way of getting the job done.
