NRL - Aussie Rugby League

Wondering if anyone has an interest in NRL? Noticed there's not much action on here for rugby in general - which is a bit surprising as there's handy money to be made...mainly on hcap betting

Had some good success last year on NRL. Week 5 of the new season begins tomorrow.
Main bet for the weekend is Manly Sea Eagles +6.5 4/5 with Bet365

Also a fan of the NRL so will post some quick thoughts to see how the thread goes.

This week I like the Warriors at home mainly on the back of their forward pack having the edge over the Cowboys IMO and of course the home advantage. Also like the Dogs against Manly as they look stronger across the park and Manly are backing up from a tough one with a short turnaround.

My bets this week:

2pts Warriors @ 1.75 (Centrebet)
1pt Warriors -2.5 @ 1.90 (Centrebet)
1pt Bulldogs @ 1.45 (NZTab)

Great stuff Wexford. Would you object to me moving this to the new Rugby forum? Im trying to push it to start with. This thread symbolises why we need a rugby forum. If there was some rugby on the tv and i wanted a rugby bet then where would be the best place for me to look for some info? Probably not in this Other Sports forum as no sod will probably be talking about it. There's a pretty good chance that Rugby fans will be though in the Rugby forum.

Tight set of fixtures this weekend. My main bet would have been the Sharks off SCR at 5/6 against the Broncos...but that was played this morning. No prizes for guessing who won that one
