I have launched five systems and four of them have made a medium to long term profit. Today I'm launching system number 5 (so don't miss the chance to say you were in it from the start

)
The logic behind it is this.......
I find that I often read the horse racing results and find that the horse that I backed last week that ran like a pig has suddenly become a world beater a week later and won by 10 lengths at 25/1
So, I've decided to set myself up with a number of horses (12 or 13 is my initial estimation of a managable number) and keep backing them blind until they win or are placed to return a profit.
This may seem like folly at first glance but, if you think about it, most trainers are (usually) trying to place their horses in races that they are likely to perform well in, even if it's only to keep the owners interested.
Also, a losing horse will drop down the handicap (hopefully) to reach a weight that it can actually win at.
One further specification, I have decided to start with horses that begin with the letter "S", for no other reason than that it will make it easier to just pick a daily paper up with an ABC in and see if my selections are running.
Stakes will be (unless otherwise stated) 10 points, which will be win bets up to 5/1 and ew bets at 5/1 or above. Please note that all named horses will be deemed as being backed, regardless of whether I get chance to post in this thread in advance.
First selections are......
