Relegation 2007/2008

As one season ends, another one begins almost immediately.

Would be very interested to see the odds for Bolton to go down next season. Small squad, small budget and no Big Sam. Big Sam was Bolton IMO and the key factor in their recent success.

I see in today's Times that Sam is interested in raiding Bolton's coaching set up and wouldnt be suprised if Ben Haim as well as Gary Speed made the trip up the A1 to Newcastle with him.

Maybe its a bit early to consign them to the knacker's yard, but I reckon they're doomed and will be getting on it sooner rather than later.

I thought that as soon as he went. If a foreign manager had come in or something it would have been something to look into. Not sure with the guy who has come in though, might just continue but not to the same level. Theyll miss Allardyces wheeler dealing in the transfer market though.

Not backing Everton for the drop again then AFU?

Muze - nah I think given some good signings, the bitters will be good for mid-table mediocrity again. Shame West Ham didnt go down as I think Ashton would have moved on and I think Everton would have been his destination.

Arteta has been out of this world for Everton this year.
