I had read a couple of comments along the same lines andeeee, maybe it was the weight he used to fight at but it was basically he was struggling to meet the weight limits and really had to work to get down to them.

Re: Hatton to fight Mayweather

Just been watching some boxing stuff, thought id bump this a bit. Saw some close up clips of Hatton, he makes this horrible growl everytime he punches, id hate to fight him The odds havent changed much, basically 1/2, 2/1.

Been watching some press conference stuff between them as well on youtube, Mayweather starts doing the tango with some bird in the middle of it. I did see a poncy but nevetheless impressive skipping workout of his as well.

Re: Hatton to fight Mayweather

I heard that Mayweather was in the American stricly come dancing. Is this true? A lad at work said that he could be involved, right the way up to 2 weeks prior to the Hatton fight.

If true, it hardly seems ideal preparation for a big fight like this eh!

On another note, I am considering going to an evening with Ricky Hatton at a boxing club in South Shields. £55/ticket with a meal and the usual piss up.

Has anyone been to one of these before? Looking at his website, he seems to be doing a couple per month. I wouldnt have thought he'd have needed the cash that much TBH. This one is in December, 10 days after his fight with Floyd the Faggot.
