I think they will only be able to book them after the event if there is conclusive proof that they dived. Anything marginal has to be left alone. I think examples like the boy Gilardinos dive for Milan v Celtic in the CL last season (although he may have got booked for that

but it was fucking outrageous) is the sort that if the ref misses and then picks up in the review should be punished.
One change I would like to see is less protection for goalies. They are treated like an endangered species nowadays, the goalmouth is like a protection zone for them. Football is a physical contact sport game, goalies should be included in that again.
One other thing that may be getting trialled up here, my mate plays Juniors and has had a couple of refs mention it pre-game in his friendlies, is holding and general all in wrestling at corners and free kicks round the box. Some of your Spanish and Italian defending at corners is like a rugby scrum. Refs have supposedly been told to clamp down on it. If it comes in worldwide get on the overs and buy the bookings index in any live Spanish/Italian game, goals and sendings off a plenty guaranteed.
