QPR v Burnley Postponed - QPR Player Dies in Car Crash

Promising young 18 year old striker Ray Jones died in a car crash early this morning and the game todays been postponed.

Sad sad news, especially when its a youngster with his life ahead of him.

Aye its sad when any youngster dies especially when they have a prospective career ahead of them, when were young we all think were immortal and i just hope they were not fcuking about when the accident occurred.

Its a bit bizarre that this crash happend around 2am. I wouldve thought he wouldve had to have been on curfew due to having game next morning?

Thats the first thing that crossed my mind Kiko but heard he was injured and was not involved in the following days match, I only raised the above point as he has just passed his driving test but could not comment further as i don't even know whether he was driving or not.

Weve all been through out teenage yrs and its only afterwards we can see how the amount silly things we used to get upto could have ended so seriously, I just hope this was not the case on this occassion as on reflection they are so easily avoided and its just a waste of life, more so for the passengers in the vehicle if that was the case.
