Thanks ODM

I was probably focussing more on Kalou's position in relation to the two defenders I think, he was certainly (marginally) in front of them but as I said, only seen it a couple of times and didn't look at him in relation to the player who made the pass.

Re: Chelsea Chelsea

It's an easy mistake to make. The first thing we look for is how many defenders are in front of the guy who gets the ball.

Bit of a shitter though when it's the linesman that makes the mistake, isn't it? Although to be fair, with so many factors to take into account at once it's a very difficult task.

The linesman hasn't made a mistake in this instance RC.

What do you mean?

It was him who flagged for offside was it not?

Hasn't he? He ruled out a goal which should've stood.

Re: Chelsea Chelsea

What ODM means, is that he has seen the goal again, it was offside and he apologises as I was right all along....

Re: Chelsea Chelsea

Right, fuck it, that's it. The Premier League is off. All we've got is people moaning left, right and centre, we can't do right for doing wrong, and ODM can't make his mind up what he wants. The Chelsea goal was a genuine mistake, but everyone jumps down our throats. Sod everyone, the competition is off.

Re: Chelsea Chelsea

I thought it was offside at first but according to the experts on the beeb it should of been given because the ball was played back rather than across or forwards. Onside/offside it doesnt really matter, it's about time Chelsea had something go against them for a change.

Re: Chelsea Chelsea

You cannot be offside if you're behind the ball - having no defenders in front of you means nothing.

Kalou was behind the ball when it was passed, so he was clearly onside. A very poor decision from the linesman and Mourinio was right to be furious.

That's the video above - fuck knows what that abjab shit is saying

The linesman must have had a perfect view from the nearside touchline.

Re: Chelsea Chelsea

Another swipe at Chelsea here, not picked up by any media outlets it seems.

Chelsea's attendance for last night's Champions League game was under 25'000.

Att: 24,973

Massive club my arse.

I told you the wheels would come off this season. They arent good enough when Drogba is out of the team. Just you wait til half of them fuck off to Africa in December. Just you wait!

Here's their fixtures for the 6 weeks of the African Nations Cup.

Quote:
Saturday, 15 December 2007
Barclays Premier League
Arsenal v Chelsea, 15:00

Saturday, 22 December 2007
Barclays Premier League
Blackburn v Chelsea, 15:00

Wednesday, 26 December 2007
Barclays Premier League
Chelsea v Aston Villa, 15:00

Saturday, 29 December 2007
Barclays Premier League
Chelsea v Newcastle, 15:00

Tuesday, 01 January 2008
Barclays Premier League
Fulham v Chelsea, 15:00

Saturday, 12 January 2008
Barclays Premier League
Chelsea v Tottenham, 15:00

Saturday, 19 January 2008
Barclays Premier League
Birmingham v Chelsea, 15:00

Wednesday, 30 January 2008
Barclays Premier League
Chelsea v Reading, 19:45
I can see them losing 2 of those matches (Arsenal and Blackburn) with another 3 potential slip ups where they will draw (Villa, Fulham, Toon).

This season is going to be grrrrrrrrrrreat!
