I've got one main gripe about this show. The damn adverts for it tell you too much about what's going to happen next week. I've started changing the channel whenever an advert for it comes on because you see some of the upcoming fight and generally know who will be scrapping.

I remember watching it last season and I think Alfonso was fighting that particular week. Well they stopped for an advert break and a bloody contender advert came on building up the Alfonso-Manfredo fight for the next weeks show, so I knew he must have won I was well pissed off!!!!

Good to see your into this too Kop. I had my money on the fat one, Rudy I think. Pistol had the other guy. But he let me off my 2 bob cuase he got lucky as **** on th epoker tables and won loads of money!

Was it a $75 buy in Pistol?

I made $230 last night in an hour! Just on 0.25/0.50 tables. I've been playing 0.10/0.20 for two weeks to get my game and confidence back. Last night was my first go again at 0.25/0.50, I'd say it was quite successful

Gary Balletto v Aarron Torres

In round one, Gary comes out swinging, but Aaron manages to avoid most of the punches and fires back. In round two, Gary pounds Aaron into the ropes until Aaron uses a wrestling move to escape. In round three, Aaron draws blood from Gary, but Gary lands more punches. In round four, Aaron gains the advantage but falls down before he can finish the job. In round five, both fighters land several solid punches in a close battle. The winner by split decision is Gary Balletto. Gary says “Aaron did surprise me tonight. He gave it all he had, and he kept coming, and he kept trying to win, and I respect him now more than I respected him yesterday. He fought a good fight.” Aaron says “I feel like it was a tough fight. Gary Balletto came to fight. I felt like I deserved it more than he did. I feel like there was a lot more riding on it for me than him.”

Don't follow the show myself but the final two has been decided and it'll be between Steve Forbes and Grady Brewer. Forbes favoured to win over at The Greek with his odds (-185) and Brewer's (+155). Final's next week on the 26th.
