Could anyone fill me in on if he is carrying an injury or something?

Reason i ask is i have to say i am yet to see him play a good game so far this season. Actually i haven't even seen him play an average game in the 6 or 7 games of Man Utd i have seen so for.

He looks like a passenger and a tenth of the player we have come to known with him.

I know he had the injury before the WC and maybe he was rushed back for it and that hasn't helped but you would've thought he would've got going by now surely?

You would've thought my post would've inspired him in the game against Newcastle but it seemed to do the opposite.

Can't remember him ever going on such a poor run of form since he broke into the EPL.

I saw in the papers last week the fat bearded Gyppo was doing extra training to get back into shape. Anyway, Rooney has been over hyped and is simply struggling to live up to it. In the real world he isnt having too good a time of it at all. RVN leaving was supposed to signal a change in the way man u play and an upturn for Rooney. Well it hasnt done anything for the lad so far.

He is overrated and neither England nor Man U should be pinning their hopes on him. When he is on his game, he gets so bloody fired up that he gets himself sent off. Drop Rooney from the England squad...

Didn't manage to watch the England game today but interested as to how mR Rooney got on today?

Was a bit better today and certainly appeared to try harder. Better control cos you know how clunky hes looked recently. Still below par by his standards though Kiko

Back to his menacing self against Wigan today where every thing good Man Utd did seemed to go through him.

Be interesting to see if he can carry it on now.

He'll come good again as he's a class act Kiko.

seemed to have put on a few pounds over the summer and just needs to get match fit again , its coming and he played a lot better today.
In another 3 or 4 weeks he'll be the menace he once was again.
