Reading in the papers today about Steve Jones a member of the 98 Charlton playoff winning side selling his gear on Ebay to pay for chrimbo.

Whilst you cannot help but feel sorry for the guy you have to think there must be enough work around (coaching, after dinner speaking, corporate hospitality etc) for an ex prem league footballer to earn more than he is going to get selling these items.
