We made a decent profit off Milan. £3million or so. For me, he was one of the most frustrating players we had. He would run his socks off for the club and chase lost causes. That was his downfall in the end really because come 65 minutes, he would be absolutely nackered. We'd always sub him towards the end of the game because he simply couldnt keep going.

Another thing that pissed me off about Milan, is that he always ran with his head down. His awareness was terrible, his all round footballing ability was terrible - but he did score some decent goals. 100% effort, but not an awful lot besides.

I would agree, having Carew in the side will get Villa to Cardiff. And Colchester. And Luton. And QPR. And pretty soon as well, maybe even next season.

Meanwhile, the cup finals will be taking place at Wembley
