Rio Ferdinand and Ruud van Nistelrooy had a furious bust-up as Manchester United lost to Kashima Antlers in the latest match of their Far Eastern tour.

Van Nistelrooy berated Ferdinand for dwelling on the ball during the 2-1 defeat and the players exchanged angry words on the final whistle.

Ferdinand was also booed by fans for his failure to agree a new deal.

I heard that Rio was giving the two finger salute to Utd fans

No idea of the odds to win outright.

My mate went on them with 20 mins to go 2-1 up at 6/4 though so they must of been pretty large odds outright for the win.

I checked after they went 1-0 up early on and Man Utd were still 4/9 to win the match.

As for Rio - i get the feeling he is going to have to end up leaving if things continue as they are.

Would Man Utd fans get off his back if he signed a new contract? Or is it too late for him now?

Rio is a good player but thinks he's a superstar. The club stood by him when he was banned for 8 months and this is the thanks they get.
