Teams that will exceed expectations this season?

I know its a biased view but i expect City to do well this year, at least as well as last year, ok SWP has gone but he was out in part of the 2nd half of last season and we did ok, we've got (a bit of) pace up front and i would hope psycho will sign at least one more before the kick off. I've just got a feeling....
