Just thought this would be interesting the best player in England this season for me would be Drogba ,scored so many great goals this season , Ronaldo close second done the same and very consistant
Scotland Naka from Celtic for some great goals and nice play also Boric Celtic good GK cant see any others no Rangers players ,not good enough had a patchy season most of them , prob Terry would have been up there (inj) thoughts guys.

Hes been poor Mydog but it took Drogba a season to settle i think ,its a different game in the premier than euro stuff i think

vidic i think he has made a real difference to manu, manu will always score goals, but last season they trailed chelsea not in the scoring stakes but their severe ability to stop goals.

05/06 manu conceded over 1 goal a game and now it is down to 0.65 and the partneship of vidic and ferdinand cannot be under estimated, and i think a big part of that has to be vidic.

However as unless your a goal scoring centreback you will never be recognised, so my vote (excluding vidic) although drogba has had a fantastic season and has got chelsea quite a few points this season is ronaldo. Not only has he weighed in with goals, important ones like drogba, he has been a breathe of fresh air in the league and is so entertaining to watch- its kind of unfortunate both have a tendancy to cheat! I was not a fan of ronaldo when he first arrived, well in fact i hated him but he has won me over.

In Scotland i agree about Naka being great but he jus lacks the consistency for me.

Id have to go for Lee Naylor with Anderson of Aberdeen second. I was one of Naylors doubters but he has been absolutelysuperb for Celtic and one of the best pieces of business they have had in years.

Superb defender and just as good going forward with some fantastic delivery.

Drogba and Ronaldo obvious stand outs but i will go for someone else and take Berbatov. Amazing how quick he has settled into the English game. Holds the ball up great, scores goals and has been a joy to way.

The 2 i'm going for have already been mentioned and that is Drogba and Naylor.

Drogba has found his feet in the EPL and is scoring for fun and Naylor gives a great contribution every week and very rarely makes mistakes. (and I'm a Rangers fan)

Its hard to go against Drogba because he has improved massively, but for Ronaldo to get as many as he has from the wing is amazing. The little cunt has been an absolute revelation.

In that order for me, Drogba has kept Chelsea in the title race this season, he has scored some fantastic, late and important goals and has come on loads from last season.

Carragher, well i'm bound to be biased but why should all the flair players get the awards? J.C has been a rock at the center of defence all season, helping keep more clean sheets than any other team in any other league, where would we be without him.

Ronaldo, i'll begrudgingly give him third, he's scored plenty of goals but TBH i've found him to be way to selfish and not an ideal team player, he has a shite relationship up front with Rooney, i've witnessed Rooney's dissapointment in him several times this season.
No fcuk it, give third to Scholes or Van der Saar

I agree about Carra but I wasnt going to mention him myself. Once again another consistent season from the big man, aside from his mistake that arguably cost us the game against Arsenal in the FA Cup.

I think Essien has had a decent season all things considered. He has played in about 4 different positions from centre-back to right midfield. Very good season all in. Even if he is a violent little shit.
