Was reading about this in my mates 4-4-2 magazine.
Basically - its all about a real football club that play in the French amateur leagues. All the managerial decisions like training, team selections etc are all decided by the websites members online.
You sign up and you begin at the bottom of the ladder where all you can do is vote for training schedules and team selections but the longer your with them the chance there is for moving up the ladder where you get more prominent roles at the club.
Good little read and was pretty interesting. Eevery match of theirs is shown live online, they get good crowds in watching them now and have a large sponsorship.
Is there any English based sides like this? Would be an interesting thing to pursue i reckon.
