Knob ?

Yes its time for a Robbie Cabbage thread....

Date 14th March 2005.

Robbie Savage says he retired from international football to avoid further humiliation at the hands of Wales boss John Toshack.
Toshack said: "I told him I wanted to have a look at something else. He said he was retiring anyway and the line went dead."
Back to Robbie.
"Who knows, this might prolong my club career so it's good news for Blackburn fans." :loon

Date 1st Sept 2005.

Savage, 30, has not played for Wales under new manager John Toshack since criticising the new regime last season.

The Blackburn midfielder has since admitted he was too hasty in announcing his international retirement.

"I think I probably won't play for Wales again while Mr Toshack is manager - not by my choice," Savage said.
Savage has still not contacted Toshack directly since the player's furious phone call last March, and without that there is not even the slim possibility that Toshack will consider selecting Savage again.

"It's disappointing but there is nothing I can do. I've just got to keep playing well for Blackburn," Savage said.
Well you could phone Tosahck and apologise you f**king moron.
What a f**king dickhead

Re: Knob ?

Savage has done well for an average player he's only got by casue he has a great engine, all teams need them but international class he isnt, he aint fit to lace Toshack's Boots and Tosh knows that and wont be held to ransom by him even though the welsh team is threadbare.

Putting Savage in the team isnt going to be the key to them beating England so its an easy choice.... fcuk him and let him carry on being a legend in his own head.

Well done Tosh as you dont suffer wankers lightly.
