Same reason are Arsenal's costing £400m plus; anything in London costs way more than it should. I've heard good things about Croke Park but never really seen it close up

Suppose the only cheap, new stadium of late is the old Council House. Man City paid nowt for there stadium did they, good too see they have invested their money wisely on top class players eh...
