Just the one for me this weekend, Stafford have improved a little of late with a win followed by a couple of draws though none of the opposition were in the top 10 in the league. They host Forest Green Rovers (7th) who have had some strange results in recent weeks but you cant knock them in their last two, a 4-2 home win over Stevenage (3rd) was quickly followed by a 3-1 win over Cambridge (5th). I’m putting faith in them that they’ll take that form on their travels now, Blue square are about the only firm at present giving odds of 11/8, that was just about big enough for me to take here.

I've added one more from the BSP, Northwich gave Kiddie Harriers a good game for 75 minutes midweek, they created some decent chances and then held on for a 1-1 draw, with the unpopular chairman since announcing he wants to sell the club this may just have given them an added boost. Weymouth have struggled a bit this season so although it's a chancers bet it cant be completely ruled out, Stafford went there and won just a few weeks ago.

It's not going so well in here now, that can be put down to a few reasons,
only 2 of my 5 larger stakes have won, some goalscorer and -1 bets have let me down and i gambled to much of my profit on the last weekend of both August and September, i'll put that right from now on and also stick to the 1X2 market only.

I'll just mention my antepost scorer bets to cheer me up a bit, there's a couple still in with a shout..

Just the one for me, i've split small stakes on Ebbsfleet @ 4/1 and DNB @ 12/5. Aldershot are going well and are third in the league and a point behind the leaders but they lost away at Stevenage at the weekend and i'm hoping they hit a mini blip for a game or two. Ebbsfleet have been picking up some reasonable results of late incliuding a decent 2-1 home win over leaders Torquay latest, previous to that they were unbeaten in 5.

A longshot but not much else appeals to me at the odds right now so i'll risk small stakes on a chancer.

I've just had a small bet on Burton away at Stevenage, Burton are 1 pt and 1 place above their hosts so that doesn't make them a 3/1 chance and with the speculation not going away of manger Mark Stimson leaving for the post at Gillingham then you feel it could be unsettling for the Borough. Bit of a chancer but why not at those odds.

Just Histon in the BSP for me so far this weekend with a small bet. They've been the best of the newcomers to the league so far this season and they are in danger spoiling my FGR handicap bet if they keep on as they've started. Bastards. Anyway, Droylsden.... sod it, it doesnt need a write up does it?
