To get a bit more discipline into my betting this season I will be keeping a record of my bets throughout the season.

Starting bank = 1000pts
Stake = usually between 1 and 10 pts

As it is the start of the season the stakes will be small

cheers mate - don't think you can go far wrong backing top four of
TNS , Llanelli ,Rhyl and Carmarthen and going against Airbus , Cefn and Newtown.
Injuries to key players of the rest of the other teams will have a big influence.
