yep - I really neglected this after having a few bad weeks.

Honestly I've just broken even again (that York lay helped a lot last weekend - I wont even contemplate if I had let the 700 ride as I know I did the right thing...kinda..) so I'll have to discipline myself to stick the bets in here as soon as I do them..the bloody thing will be about 100 pages long but anyway that's what a blogs for I suppose....

Discipline is my biggest setback in betting i have found. Going to have to find a way of becoming more disciplined i reckon.
