The problem here i believe is that this is somewhere where people just wanna come and post their tips and read others views so most things dont have much interest to them at all.

And this is what they can still do Kiko only they will see some more quality posts from the blogs as poeple fundementally are selfish and will post great write-ups on their blogs (in time) and TDP forum (the showcase) will get the best of them. If tyhjey post on other forums and link their blog then again we win. Aye folks will soon start picking it up. as slick says once they see 1 or 2 blogs they'll wonder what all the fuss is about. Ive got to admit im quite happy about just having the blogs here for people to use. Im getting into mine and thats good for me as then i can advertise my blog as i would have done on kompressaur.com or was going to do on daabl.com and now it directly helps TDP with the spamming. Not only that i can now use all the web names and webspace i have left now to put some dosgy things on and make sure that all roads will lead to here (if youve even got the barest interst in gambling) aye its gonna help me. I can just be here. Also with us moving over to firebaord and the frontend being usable thats gonna keep me busy enough and out your faces in regards to moving forums etc. I'll be happy just to leave the forum as it is and get on with other things that people can or cant use.

slick any probs with any of the templates just delete them without recouse. ive been through 90% of them. aye to blog or not to blo that is the question.

You can move this forum down too if you want chaps. Where you want it? I was just excited and wanted to get it up here Be ok as if your supposed to be runing a blog on TDP then you'll find this im sure. I dont want the bother of folks shit blogs with no pics on it but loads of banners. I suppose we limit each blog to 2 banners max. Actually we'll cros that bridge when we come to it. Imve got to consider serever load too.

slcik theres an option gzip the blogs. ill look at making that default as True

I suppose Hotlinking peoples user names to their blog would be an option. Hopefully on the new forum software the hotlinking wont look as ugly as it does on this. It can't look as ugly

......anyhow thanks very much for that Basher. I've been hearing good things about Keemanan and his Steamers that he posts here every week but i just dont know how well he does. I wish he had a website or blog that he tended and cared for and posted all his bets and kjept a record. Likewise for that Winrew. He posts some great songs from Youtube. Sometimes i just wish there was a place on the net that had Rock Music and Rugby Bets. that would be magic. People just dont bother making these places though as they think it's too hard. If that Kiko had a blog i bet you he would mobile phone in clips of his nights out and whenever i would see late on a Friday a Kiko post on his bog appearing via rss nicely placed at the side of the forum i would be straight in there as it will be a bit of fun and Kiko's blog is great.

aye Slick if the last / isnt entered after /site the link wont work and takes you to the main blog page. that main blog page btw Slick i was planning on just having maybe 100 blogs per page all clickable. Just a lioist. that and the rss site wide. We need to look at getting an rss out for it all so as we can place it in the forum (recent blog posts) The Directory is gonna be the place for the blogs. i'll look into that after we move. We can just move along nice and slow for now whilst we get our toes wet.

Aye so my next plan with all my outside interests is to use them to spam the net. I dont know wether to have redirects on the sites to my blog. Obviously i will need to make my blog header have a big fcuk off GET YOUR OWN TDP BLOG on it so as folks decide to stay. What i really need is just one page made up advertising these blogs. So say i put a watermark in in poker vids for www.?????????.con. I would fill the networks with them. Nmo i wouldnt as i dont want them removed as the uplaoding is the bugger. I make them all very available on www.???????.con for people to steal from me and post on their sites anbd forums. they have to see www.??????.com and also remebering www.??????.con will have the best selection of poker videos (for exampe) on the net due to them not giving a fcuk about respecting the law. So all i need on www.?????.com is something to do with TDP in the main page. Nothing that would tie in www.?????.com with TDP but just somethign that people cannot miss. Oh and ive got the toolbar to finish for that too with another webaddress i have. Aye i think ive got a plan. The toolbar being the key to joining it all up.
