Here's a photoshop of how i think it would look best.

with the profit updating from the returns colum and the yield updating from the errrr somewhere colum. What you think?

just a single cell for Profit and Yield i think im saying

Interesting Komp

I guess the formulas would be

Profit = sum(return column) - Sum(stake column)
Yield = (Sum(return column) / sum (stake Column)) X100

That makes profit to take account of stake and Yield as a percentage

So if return column = F
Stake Column = D

Then

Profit =sum(F2:F99) - sum(D2:D99)
Yield =(sum(F2:F99)/sum(D2:D99)*100

I think thats right

it's too early for me jb. I think ive reached the boundaries of my spreadsheet knowledge for now. Maybe rockshark or someone could put it all into practise. Be great if so. im sure we'll sort it.

i think just making it as jb and my photoshop demo would vbe suffice for now. Just a shame i cant do it. feel fre to get stuck in and no eed to be shy folks.

Those formulas do work, just a matter of fiddling with them.

I havent jb. I was hoping someone (like rockshark or others) who had more experience in these things would sort it all out as ive got a million things to be doing. I think as long as we have the data saved for now jb i think we'll be ok to just update it when folks have worked it all out. I'm still trying to get a link to your blog to the right of your avatar and ...well i dont even know where to begin in my big list of things to be finished. hopefully i can start getting into it later and thigs will come together.

Aye that looks qite the thing jb. Now how do we let folks have this info? I'll have to go add it to their blogs. I'll pop in your 'backend' jb and see what youve done. also i'll sort them 2 coloums on the right that are overlapping in 1024x768 screen resolution. jb if you go errrr OPTIONS then you can change the tagline from 'just another tdp blog' to whatever

so profit cell should be-
=sum(G2:G99)

yield cell-
=FIXED((sum(G2:G99)/sum(E2:E99))*100)

I'll go add that to the test then jb
