Wawrinka @ 2.56 @
Betfair
Ok, Wawrinka is no great shakes on grass, but a) he's atleast been giving it a go this month, and b) has atleast caused his decent opponents a problem or two even with his 2 first round exits(tiebreak v Karlovic and 6-4 final set loss to Korolev.) Further, last year at Wimbledon he showed that he can play a bit here, beatiin Nalbandian and Becker before being edged out by Ancic.
So, potentially, Wawrinka can play a bit here, and II'll oppose Llodra for two further reasons...a) his Wimbledon record is pretty poor, with only a win over David Sanchez to his name since 2000, and b) he pulled out of Queens with a leg problem. That should have cleared up now, but at the very least Wawrinka should give him a good workout and both players may have to be at their physical best to win this one.
Whatever, I think the 2.56 is a touch big so a bet there for me.
