Where does Pavel fit into all this?

Maybe it's me, RC...
Anyway, Pavel should do enough for laying lately, I think.

Re: Wimbledon men's event 25 June - 8 July
High risk I know but Ive just taken a chunk of the 10/3 for the competent QURESHI to get the better of MARAT. Also think the price for HAAS to do it in 3 straght is tasty. GL ALL---( at least the weather is behaving)

Maybe, Engineer, but in that case why did Edtkh quote my post? GL with Pavel anyway.

Singles for Roger - Vasselin, Serra and Seppi
I've a feeling that Qureshi can keep it really close against safin, but maybe I'll not get involved in that one.
|
Just realised I'd misquoted that - was referring to engineer's post.

Re: Wimbledon men's event 25 June - 8 July
Berdych v Llodra
price is very low for berdych, i very well understand that he came here with only one target : to reach the final, but the way to the final is not easy, today has to face a very enthusiastic player, that he likes grass too much, i predict a battle, i give the edge to czech for the win, but i prefer the OVER 35.5 GAMES @1.55
Davydenko v Guccione
same scenario here, a balanced game, both players can win, guccione very efficient on grass, the russian non convincing as grass player,a lot of ue, bad movements, bad choices, OVER 35.5 GAMES @1.25
as for my tip about Quereshi, is still pending, Quereshi +5.5 games @1.85
and of course i truly fancy the pakistani to win, either some readers like my style or not, i dont care at all
Nadal to win 3-0 is banker imo, i wil take it despite low price
cya, have a nice day all

Re: Wimbledon men's event 25 June - 8 July
Florian Mayer for me at 2.80 against Nieminen 2/10
Tim Henman at 1.65 2/10
Nicholas Kiefer at 2.30 against Santoro is one of my strongest bets here 4/10

Re: Wimbledon men's event 25 June - 8 July
Mayer for me too, Engineer, looks a pretty nice price and he's won the only H2H meeting on grass. Also gone with a lay of Robredo @ 1.33, struggled v Kendrick in the first round, and Arthurs a tricky grass court opponent.
Also have the Mathieu bet carried over from yesterday, and have taken a little bit on Monfils for the outright at 660. Bottom half of the draw looks pretty open to me, plenty of players capable of beating each other on their day. Reckon Monfils should be good for at least another couple of rounds (Vliegen in round 2, Davydenko or Guccione in round 3, then probably Baghdatis or Nalbandian in r4, tricky but winnable), price should drop a fair bit if he can make round 4.
And on the subject of Safin, have to say I also like watching him play.

Asto, give it a rest. It's a difference of opinions, personally I agree with your opinion. Your opinionated style is another matter entirely. Don't reduce this thread to a trading of insults.

Re: Wimbledon men's event 25 June - 8 July
If you've got nothing else tennis-related to say, Asto, then I'd suggest you don't say anything at all. Not on this thread anyway, feel free to call me a cunt all you like via PM, or even in General Chat. That's what they're for, it's not what a tennis thread is for, any more shite on this thread and you'll be banned for a cooling off period.
