The most important thing for Alla is to improve her 2nd serve - abysmal record of 3/17 (18%) till now.

And Guccione fired 3 aces to win the 1st game against Schuettler, not a good start for the German

Yes, strange 2nd set wasn't it. King missed break points that could've put her 3-0 up, then as you say, didn't face a BP on her serve at all in the match until she was 5-4 up and serving for the match. Got broken for 5-5, broke back for 6-5 up, and serving for the match a second time even managed to have a match point, which she lost. Over 130,000 euros matched on King at 1.05 or lower, I will honestly never understand how the hell people can be throwing that kind of money on prices like those, especially in women's tennis
Dellacqua took the first set against Errani, just need to hope there's no retirement there which would void the bet, otherwise it's a winner

Can't stand the pressure of that Kudryavtseva - King match. They started breaking each other for free...
I'll wait for the first opportunity and lay off every single euro I've put on the Russian...

Today's not going well
Need Serra to turn it around against Simon and Olaru to see off Peng to make today mildly unsuccessful as opposed to a complete write-off

i am in good mood, waiting the big event -grand slam- coming in few days, always grand slams are big, not only for players-protagonists, but also for us as spectators and even bettors

You should have been in really good mood, Martens, to call our picks top quality after yesterday's downfall
I'll look for long shots only till the end of the week, as things are going too unpredictable

Hi friends.
I have a question for engineer and rcgills.
What do you think of Yan - Santangelo?
The Italian player is playing after a long injury
Santangelo is not to the top and she wants to improve her form.
Can Yan win this match? Could be a balanced match by all green on betfair?
Thanks and sorry for my english

About the Yan - Santangelo match, it's a big question for me, Frank.
Yan definitely can win it, like she did against Muller in Berlin, but Santangelo wasn't that bad vs Bondarenko last week and I'd rather give my preferences to her at odds against.
Still, a no bet for me.

Sorry Frank, very pressed for time today and so I only looked into the games I was interested in, and that wasn't one of them, so didn't look any closer. Off the top of my head I couldn't tell you much about either player, so can't really help you much on that one I'm afraid. Good luck with whatever you go for

The game between Pironkova and Radwanska is scheduled to start in a couple of minutes, although there will be a delay.
I'll take my chances with the Bulgarian in that one as she's quite overpriced I think.
Pironkova @2.92 - 4 pts
She had a tough match with Govortsova yesterday, but also had Radwanska against much weaker opponent, and taking into consideration Pironkova should be full of confidence right now she's a decent shot to make the final in Istanbul. Aga doesn't look in some great form and I'd rather think her thoughts are in Paris already. Rolland Garros is in front of the Bulgarian also, but she wouldn't miss the chance to make her first final appearance today.

In Casablanca it's all in Simon for me against Tsonga.
Yes, Jo in playing better now but I just can't see a reason for Simon not to repeat his success from Rome and it should be easier now.
Simon @2.56 - 5pts
