Another day of frustration. The nap of the day Sugiyma blew her game in a big way against a woman ranked 129 in the world who'd never gone beyond a second round in a slam in 14 previous efforts

. Blew two set points in the first and having lost that then managed to blow a break in the second and lose 6 of the next 7 games. Stepanek as reliable as ever

and Bjorkman makes it 10-1 against his hapless doubles partner Mirnyi. Ante post shouts Hewitt and Ancic stumble unconvincingly into the last 8. They’ve actually drifted as Federer shoots into 1.28

For tomorrow I'm hoping a Demetieva whose serve seems to have improved a bit can make things tricky for countrywoman Sharapova who was out of sorts against Pennetta today. She leads 5-2 in H to H but Dementieva has nicked a set on two of those losing occasions and she is always competitive against her countrywomen.

I thought about betting Mauresmo to beat Myskina. She holds a whopping 8-1 in the H to H but Myskina seems to have hot form as good performances here and in Eastbourne show. Mauresmo should win but the 1.36 looks skinny.
Henin Hardenne should easily put Bremond to the sword and Li while she might make it akward is unlikely to get anything from Clisters.
