Columbus -0.25 v Chivas

I like Columbus in this one. Very good defensively and should improve offensively with new signing Moreno and Schelotto getting more time. Also, Chivas have not been good on their travels so far. Columbus should get at least a draw, so I think the 0.25 handicap is a good bet.

Toronto +0.25 v Chicago

I know no one likes them on this site, but I have to go with TFC in this one. Dichio, Eskandarian and Adu all played well in the first half of the Kansas match. Midfielder Ronnie O'Brien should make his debut and add some flare to their attack. Also, there will be another sold out crowd to cheer them, so Toronto should get at least their first point, if not the win.

Dont have time again as im so bogged down with courseworks. I am actually taking Chicago as im going to continue to go against Toronto in such an early stage of their development but i couldnt argue with that bet.

Toronto should have Guevara making his debut do you know?

On his day he has proven he is one of the best players in the league. Things didnt work at Chivas but im sure he will feel he has something to prove. So i can see your reasoning with yourbet.

Chicagos a team i like a lot. They have bags of quality all round the field and should have enough.

Agree with your Columbus pick too. Same as last season its looking like where they dont score many, dont concede many and pick up most their wins at home. Looking all too similar and against an out of sorts Chivas side it looks good. Although saying that we seen a slightly improved performance from Chivas last time out.

Im just with two though. Chicago and LA to win for me.

Good luck

No particuler reason to be honest. Both sides healthy and playing decent football.

LA is just a club i think has a huge amount of talent in them. Always consistently good at home and are usually defensively very solid.

Not much more to add sorry.

Another thing...what about Kensas? I see Dallas will miss two important players, is that so?

Which 2 are missing as i dont have the time to check?

Dallas have started off far worse than anyone could imagine. But they still possess the majority of the side that faired so well last season. Just taking their time to settle but Kansas are rightly favourites. I would leave the game alone myself.

NEW YORK RED BULLS v COLORADO RAPIDS

An interconference matchup of high fliers in the early going is ahead at Giants Stadium, as the Colorado Rapids travel to the East Coast to take on the New York Red Bulls. Despite having gone undefeated in their five games to start the campaign and not allowing a goal for the opening seven hours of play this season, the Red Bulls are in second place in the Eastern Conference, a point behind the Kansas City Wizards. The Rapids come into the game off a 1-1 draw with Real Salt Lake on Thursday - a game where both goals were own goals, and one where the single point moved Colorado into sole possession of the Western Conference lead.

INJURY REPORT:
NEW YORK RED BULLS - OUT: DF Hunter Freeman (L ankle sprain); FW Mike Magee (R knee surgery recovery); MF Markus Schopp (sports hernia); QUESTIONABLE: GK Ronald Waterreus (L ankle sprain) ...

COLORADO RAPIDS
- OUT: DF Brandon Prideaux (R knee meniscus); DOUBTFUL: MF Nick LaBrocca (R hamstring strain); PROBABLE: DF Ugo Ihemelu (L knee tendonitis); FW Roberto Brown (neck strain)

Guevara never signed with Toronto - he did not want to play for them.

Finally a solid 90 minutes from Toronto though - expect more of the same to come!
