Re: 25-28 Apr: Germany
Aue sacked trainer Roland Seitz...
Tus Koblenz could lose up to 9 points for something to do with their license, if this happens it would put them just 2 points safe from the drop. So, until this is decided it's still all to play for...
FC Augsburg should beat St Pauli, who are safe and could be doing a bit of experimenting. Poor odds of around even money available.

Re: 25-28 Apr: Germany
it's official, Koblenz have had a 8 point deduction so they're now on 32 points just above the drop zone.. they will be appealing, but doubt it will make a difference and it's the momentary table you have to look at.

Re: 25-28 Apr: Germany
2008-04-26 RW Ahlen (-0,25) - Düsseldorf by: Kuki
Sine the end of the winter break Rot Weiss Ahlen are in great form. 7-3-0. They won all their home games and have taken over at the top of the table. They could not beat 9 men Oberhausen last weekend but a point away from home against direct opposition is surely nothing to worry about. Düsseldorf on the other hand are looking for promotion themselves and still have the best away record in the league. Punters around the world made them certanties to register three more points in Lübeck in midweek backing them down to odds just above 1,3 (Betfair). Lübeck are in big trouble but never had any problems upsetting the odds and beat a lacklustre side from Düsseldorf 3-1. Coach Norbert Meier announced after the match that his team are far away from a top side at the moment. Ahlen will play the same line-up as last week but the money in the Asian market is coming for Düsseldorf. Take it for granted a similar performance to that in midweek will give the guests no chance at all. Dropping odds must always be respected but here I will take advantage of overpriced odds for the hosts who even have beaten the European Handicap in each of their home games in 2008. Solid stake recommended here.

Re: 25-28 Apr: Germany
I managed to get odds of 4.2 for Aue, now wished I'd upped my stakes as this price is no longer available. Aue with new trainer, last chance and Köln missing Novakovic, Chihi and Broich and they didn't impress me on their last away match in Paderborn. Feel sorry for old trainer Seitz though, they did get some very bad decisions against them from the refs.

Re: 25-28 Apr: Germany
Hi Guys,
Any comments on the Kaiser game? I am looking at a draw result here so is thinking of backing Aachen on the AH +0.5. Mathematically Aachen can still make it for promotion even though the chances are small but Kaiser looks set to do down......
Any comments and team news?
Cheers,
booboo

Re: 25-28 Apr: Germany
Kaiserslautern have been showing a bit of a revival recently, easily beating Augsburg 2-0 and if they continue in that form and motivation they could beat Aachen. We don't see Aachen as promotion candidates and nobody at the club is thinking about it, it's all over. Earlier this week Stan James had 2.3 which we took, but odds are way too short now, wouldn't touch them.
GL with whatever you take...

Re: 25-28 Apr: Germany
Cheers folks
not much time, just wonted to say that I am on Nuernberg heavy today. It is dog fight for pure survival, but imo Nuernberg is bettre on each and every position then Bielefeld and is additionally home.
My problem is I am close to say lump it on, but loses on Nuernberg this year have shut me up. And if Nuernberg lose today, be sure that I am the person that lost the most on them this year. I will try to get it all back today.
There is only one more that I am interested in Germany today. Schalke not to lose in Hamburg. As I have thought after Slomka left them they are hard to stop. Replacing coaches(Mulder+Büskens) only needed to tell them, go out and play ootball and they won 5-0. Hamburg home is hard nut to break and thats why I am going carefully with X2.

Re: 25-28 Apr: Germany
Nuremberg was fantastic against benfica: the only match i watched them, they took the lead 2-0, but match ended draw 2-2
anyway, i am on them also, despite this becoming popular bet, and according to my experience is not wise to follow the populars
Nuremberg to win

Re: 25-28 Apr: Germany
Cheers Martes,
they were also very good in both games against Wolfsburg. It is popular, but this is other type of popular bets.

Re: 25-28 Apr: Germany
Quote:
There's only one team left with an unbeaten record at home in our Euro coverage, and that's Bayern Munich - back them to keep up the good work by beating Stuttgart at 3/4.
The Bavarians have had a cracking time of it lately, winning the DFB Pokal Cup against Dortmund, and reaching the UEFA Cup semis after a scare against Getafe.
Sure, Bayern need to recover from their subsequent match-up with Zenit before this encounter, but Stuttgart's away form is ordinary to put it mildly, and the home side should pull this off.
Bar Hamburg, Stuttgart have scored less on the road than any side in the top half in the Bundesliga, losing eight of 14 as a result - more trouble awaits them here.

Re: 25-28 Apr: Germany
No I wont
I didnt do my homework and much read, but got feeling that Wburg wont lose in Leverkusen today. Odds for x2 are around evens.
In second liga, I simply must like Mainz at Osnabruck. Only concern is that hosts have great record home. Again didnt made my homework, but simply I believe that bad osnabrücks away form will hount them home. Odds on away aint that bad either.
And small outside bet on CZ Jenna. They are 8,00 at Hoffenheim. I also believe their last 6 games form is better then Hoff. Thats must bet fro me. Single. Just sit and watch.
I am playing with idea to multiply it with Kubica win in Spain and Atl. MAdrid against Getafe. It makes odds of 500,0. Few quids on it too.
