Litex Lovech away @ 1.57 is the banker bet in Bulgaria! They had very good results in preparation! Beaten 8-3 a Japanese team! They got 3 Brasilians and are taking 4-th place in standings!

Re: Eastern European Football:

It's been long time without club football here hehe.

First thoughts are, that besides Belchatow-Leczna and Cracovia-Legia there is absolutely no signs that underdogs should get smt. Widzew, Lks played totaly terible last two league cup games and are weaker + especially Lks is hitted by injuries/suspensions. Same goes to Wisla Plock + their main sponsor is considering to leave football and concentrate on handball team(wich is sucesfull btw). Arka is another team bothered by injury crisis, and they are involved in fixing scandal (may be punished even with relegatiion) - no match with on fire lately being without any injuries Korona. Odra lost their best striker wich scored most goals for them in autumn, and they will have hard task facing strong Lubin (again with only one player doubtful).
Same with Zabrze, as they sold Aleksander, and signed one funny striker wich is always injured from Wisla Krakow (he claimed that after few seasons of strugling with injuries, he's finally fit, and ofcourse got injured in preseason ). Should be first away win for Wisla imo, as they looked better than i though vs Lubin on weekend in league cup (won 1:0).
I would watch out for Leczna a little, and Cracovia at home (especially vs Legia) is always no bet - drawish afair. Huge archrivals game, and as always Legia is shite in first games.

Today cup match Lech v Arka is suspended. Arka players are hidden by flu (13 players).

Re: Eastern European Football:

Don't know what to think about it, as league is starting in 2 days and what's funny and iritating, exactly the same games will be played on the weekend (Zaglebie-Odra; Zabrze-Wisla K.), wich is always fucked up situation a little :

Wisla's coach took youngsters and players out of first squad, while Zaglebie will give a rest for most first teamers to prepare for league start. In general, no bet for me, but Wisla or Zaglebie still have deeper squads and better players than both Zabrze and Wodzislaw. I wouldn't care about todays games too much, as anyone else just doing

Re: Eastern European Football:

it's good feeling Komp

Pinnacle announced handicaps, and Korona -1 is @ 2.05 - good price for inform, without any injury team (atleast class better then Arka anyway)playing at home with a seriously depleted relegation strugglers. 10 pts for me

Re: Eastern European Football:

The 4 new signings for Spartak will not play because their work permits did not arrive. Now Spartak has only 1 fit central defender and the coach must choose from the 15 available other players who will be central defender. Pinnacle opened with 1.96 for +0.5,+1 handicap for hosts. Now odds are 1.78

Re: Eastern European Football:

Nothing really worth risking here...so I'll probably skip whole round, and I suggest the others do the same.

Bezanija @ 1,10
Partizan @ 1,15
Belgrade OFK @ 1,30
and Crvena Zvezda (Red Star) @ 1.30 should all take three points from their matches.

Belgrade OFK, lost in last round at home, and it's really hard to believe that they are going to do the same thing again.
Anyway, it can be a tricky game...do not touch it untill Sunday and potential info.

Red Star must be a banker, since supporters and management are still in a state of shock after trashing by Partizan at Marakana,, 2-4.
Simply, fans would not let them loose another points...or everything is possible!
A must - AWAY win for @ 1.30.

Two other games-absolutely NO BET.

Re: Eastern European Football:

So, tomorrow started Polish Extraklasa, after winter break. First round is everytime difficult to predict, but let’s have a look at the cards.

Cracovia v Legia – no bet, as Ori mentioned, Legia is always poor starter, but still they are one of the strongest tittle candidat for me. Cracovia was not too activ on transfer markt, lost both cup games, but most of the teams played the cupgames with reserves,so this factor is not so important. Still Cracovia could make some problems to Legia. They will miss key defender Skrzynski, no other squad problems. Legia will miss Bronowicki, he is very good, can play on many positions, so rather big miss. They have also two other players injured, Junior and Szalachowski, and two defender suspended, Choto and Dick. Backing Legia this season will be a good idea, but not in this match. There are many speculations about starting strikers. The coach has some options to choose from. I like the younger pair, Janczak and Korzym, but I wouldn’t be suprised if he take experienced Wlodarczyk and newcomer Grzelak (both out of form). No doubts thats Legia is better team, but it’s better to wait, they will bring us some money next weeks I think.

GKS Belchatow v Gornik Leczna – I don’t like the odds on leader at all. They lost their best player Matusiak to Palermo, but have some new, good players in the squad (Molina, Magdon, Chwalibogowski). The visitors are in relegation danger, they have 6 new players, but no spectacular transfers, mediacore players. It’s not sure if Gornik players will play tomorrow. They want to strike, since January they earn 45% less money. Tricky one, and I skip it.

For Saturday Korona Kielce hc –1 is a must bet. Ori wrote already the reasons, completely agree.

Re: Eastern European Football:

Yeah, Bosman. Legia's defence without Choto is hilarious But Fabianski looked in league cup games like he's in the life time form again. Crazy mofo :loon

edit : just read that G.Bronowicki is also out for Cracovia game
