Yes Tercera is league.....there is 18 groups of that league
About livescore http://www.thedailypunt.com/live/ and all others livescores are having as far as Secunda B leagues but only FT and for Tercera you gonna have to look for it on the web pages on the clubs also http://www.futbolplus.com/phpBB2/index.php is good spanish forum where you could look for the results ...
