Bulgaria: playoff for promotion from 2nd to 1st division

Neutral venue at Stara Zagora.
Two decent teams play each other. In my eyes Naftex are the favourites here. They didn't lose a game during the season and I just can't see them losing tomorrow too. Naftex is the better side IMO and a team with traditions in Bulgarian football. Stara Zagora in near Burgas and they'll have some support from their fans.
But what stands out for me is the draw in regular time and odds ~3.60
Certainly there's a nice value here. Playoff games in Bulgaria tend to be very close, and scoreless draw in 90 mins won't surprise me at all.
3.60 is really too big, so I'm taking it.
