I don't really see it as being a banning offence to be honest, Scorpio. Everyone on here is grown up enough to make their own decisions, and if someone really wants to place money on a bet advertised by someone they've never met, with only 13 posts to his name and so with no reputation on here/no past form on which to judge them, as "It is fixed", with no further explanation whatsoever, then they've only got themselves to blame.
Sboagent has shown himself not to be trusted, despite the claims that it was "conveying info i get from friends of other forums" - most people, if they read something like that and wanted to share the info, would say something like "I read somewhere that this is fixed, don't know whether it's true or not, but just passing on what I heard". People can make up their own minds on his posts from now on, knowing what's happened here.
And don't worry, if I see Sboagent posting claims on "fixed matches" again in the forum, I'll put a link up to this thread so people have a bit of a background on which to base their decisions.
