On first glance as usual the teams at home in france always do much much better than the away. On first glance the two form teams in the league Marseille and Bordeaux look good as well as Monaco.

I've hardly touched the French leagues this year, but I know last season I had an aversion to backing home teams shorter than 1.5, they seemed to slip up a hell of a lot - not got any stats to back that up, but it was always the impression I had. No idea what it's like this season though.
