Re: 18-20 Apr: Rep Ireland
Lots of teams from the top v teams from the bottom clashes this week. Should be a good few home wins this week
St Pats(-1) V Cobh Ramblers @11/10 What a price here for St Pats. They're scoring for fun lately and are coming off the back of an excellent performance against Linfield on Tuesday evening.
Price is big because of Cobhs shock 2-0 win against Rovers last week. But c'mon lets get real here, that was a home game against a Rovers side who had an off day. It was also their 1st win of the season. They've played 3 away games losing all 3(3-0 to Drogs, 3-1 to Sligo, 2-1 to Harps). Will be very surprised if the (-1)handicap doesn't come in this evening. Am also gonna have a nibble at Pats(-2) @3/1.
Shamrock Rovers(@60) V UCD @5/6: Bad result last week against Cobh for Rovers but an ideal opportunity for them to bounce back. UCD look doomed for relegation already and their last 4 games they've picked up just 1 point. Rovers won the last 2 games between the sides(2-0 and 4-2) and should be able to make it 3 in a row this evening.

Re: 18-20 Apr: Rep Ireland
It seems like Cork City finally find form, so I expect another home win for them.
Finn Harps lost three consecutive games with no single goal scored, 7 received. They manage to beat only Cobh and UCD narrowly, two weak sides as host.
I intend to support Derry City away, too.
Bray scored only twice in recent games, lost as host vs. UCD and Pats, and I can't se them taking anything from tonite's game.
Dundalk has full squad to choose from, young Limerick side has their captain Pat Purcell and first GK out, also a couple players to pass late fitness test.
Waterford vs the last Kildare....another home win for ex Premier league team?

Re: 18-20 Apr: Rep Ireland
Waterford V Kildare @4/7 Should be a comforatble home win for Waterofrd this evening. They've got a couple of their best players coming back(Bermingham and McCarthy) and they're up against a Kildare side who haven't won a game this season. 4/7 is a tad generous.
Sligo V Galway @5/6: I've been impressed with Sligo this seasona nd in the main they've proved a difficult side to beat. In their last 5 games they've drawn with Derry and Drogheda, lost narrowly away to Bohs and beaten Cobh convincingly. The only "bad" result was a 0-0 draw against UCD away. Galway are still winless and managerless and are rooted to teh bottom of the table. Galway have got loads of injury worries as outlined here Galway United FC Official Site - Clery hopes for better injury news
so I'd be fairly confident of a home win.
Verdict:
St Pats(-1) @11/10, St Pats(-2) @3/1
Shamrock Rovers @60 @5/6
Waterford @4/7
Sligo Rovers @5/6

Is that St Pats -1 EH Chief?
If so, the price is way short, you can get St Pats -1.25 @2.02 now as opposed to your 2.10 -1EH (-1.5AH), and even -1.25 @ 2.02 is skinny.
But if its -1 AH, i'd like to know which bookie you use mate, cos i'd love to get in there!

Re: 18-20 Apr: Rep Ireland
Cork -1 @ 1.80 (5u)
Cork over2.5 @ 2.17 (2.5u)
Cork -0.5 1H @ 2.01 (2u)
(fantasy match)Cork vs St Pats over3.75 @ 1.94 (5u)
To summarise, Cork are immense lately, they started season not able to hit a barn door, playing average, but creating loadsa chances. Now they play v.well, creating loads and are getting more and more confident and starting to score.
Kearney is having a good start to the season on the left and him and O'Callaghan have exposed average looking backlines recently without too much bother. People say Georgie and Mooney are too similar, but they score, so if Alan Mathews plumps for a seemingly more attacking 433, we may see O'Flynn, Mooney and Georgie behind, which does not look good for Harps' defence going by their recent performances at back.
Last friday i took Galway +0.5 banking on a poor finishing Cork, but it was the game they turned things around and bagged 3 & couldve been more vs a feisty but depleted Galway, & vs Cliftonville, same, was banking on a one off result vs Galway and took Cliftonville +1 & under 2.5, fortunately for me, they only scored 2 and i broke even, because Cork hit the crossbar, post, side netting and couldve been 4/5 nil up at ht had it not been for the Cliftonville keeper too.
Harps all month have not settled on the same back 4 and have paid, and are no closer to knowing their best team, a bit messy i'd say, although they looked a decent side last season, but if defending is going to be their game tonight, going by recent reports, doesn't look like a quality Hegarty can rely on at this moment in time, which hopefully is Corks best chance to get a few goals tonight and to boost their goal difference if it comes into play tail end of the season.
i would be disappointed if Cork don't get as many as St Pats did last week, even more so as they were the away side.

Re: 18-20 Apr: Rep Ireland
Thankfully the double was landed paying out around evens
had an accum of dundalk, glentoran and shelbourne, if shels hadnt been reduced to 10 men after 25 minutes i reckon they would have won it.

Re: 18-20 Apr: Rep Ireland
Mixed bag in the Eircom League this week. Pats didn't do me any favours winning only 1-0. Another goal there would have made it a nice weekend. Looked good after they scored their 1st early but that was all they could manage. Got lucky with Waterford thank goodness.
Great stuff Cinny and Wuntun.
