EARLY THOUGHTS

MARIBYRNONG - Closer inspection of their form shows a couple of decent away results.
Bit of a punt admitedly, but 4 /1 looks good for me.

NORTHCOTE - 9 Of South Springvale's 10 goals have come against the bottom 3 and
although Northcote have also had some easy games, it is hard to look
past them.

YARRAVILLE - Yarra are no great shakes, but Laverton Pk look poor.

SYDENHAM - Look to be the " improvers " and happy with odds against.

BRANDON PK - Backed them last week and happy to be with them again. Up against
the team in 2nd, but looks a very tight division.

MORWELL P - Look to have tightened up a bit at the back and have beaten a couple
of decent teams recently.

DIANELLA - Any team looks good against Ashfield.

SEAFORD - Not sure there's too much between the sides, so 11/4 appeals.

No easy money out of that bunch

However, if you fancy a slight chance of making decent money i would go SWP over Canning. Canning are a very good side from what i hear, but so are SWP. So at 3.60 return i would put a little on SWP.

I fancy Morley to match Bayswater, but i would still definatly be tipping bayswater to win that match, however, 5.50 return isnt bad, you could put a little bet on that aswell.

I cant see any easy money being made this week looking at those odds.

i am very suprised at how short the odds are for forrestfield , its always a very unpredictable game agaisnt gozzy as its a big derby in the hills area with forrie and gozzy always being a nasty hard and good derby and nobody wants to lose

Waverly have just got a new maanger and spoeculation that theyve made a couple of big signings

I heard they have signed a couple BIG strikers and i do mean BIG... nevertheless this boys should tear up divi 2 if they get match fitness up.

Springvale City should have a few out for their derby game with Heatherton. Heatherton have ex Springvale striker Elvedin and he's expected to go well.

2 players from the United Kingdom just arrived in Melbourne on visas and will be signing for Southern Stars under Dean Hennesy..dont no much about them just yet.

Zoran Pajic back at Westgate. To be honest westgate will start to kick ass with thier new signings i mean all three of those players are VPL level.

Right remember im a week behind most of you guys. Lets see what appeals off the top of my head

Pascvoe Vale have been doing better this saeason away from home but they still aint scoring enough for me to take tham at odds on. Altona City are no mugs. vicky 2 looks a hard league this year.

in Vick 3 Eastern Lions aint conceding but im wary of them away from home and Knox City are reported to be in fine fettle. need to read more. I noticed a few folks mentioning Northcote but from memory South Springvale aint lost many games at home in the 3 seasons ive been following this. Doncaster could be too short even with their great away record as there's a lot going on at Waverly.

Geelong i like at home and im sure Bayule have just come up. ooo even money. I could like that. Yarraville are a big club in the state leagues well they used to be. Big Greek team. Laverton seem to be finding it tough in Vivky 4. N Sunshine came up too and i hear Sunbury are returning to form. could be interested. I would need to read more on Westvale before i could consider Sydenham this week.

Victoria 5 i would still be wary of anyone going to Boroondara Samoan. I believ their pitch is quiet extrodinary but i forget in what way. I think its just a hard place to go (kids throwing bricks etc) The price on Brandon Pk again looks good though. Promoted Croydon are in great formand Morewell looking strong too. Heatherton's return to form could be to do with signing Elevidin. They needed 3 penalties though to beat N Caulfield last week. Doveton 11/8. Lovely. If Bristow and Buhic returned last week as hoped they will be fitter for this week.

In the West....Perth at Inglewood and also i would have to consider last years unbeaten champs (of last season) Floret athena. They aint become a bad team overnight. Sorrento are a fav of mine mind with a big UK following and heh heh my my Neil young in goals.

I couldnt back Dianella. It was only 13 days ago they were getting beat 9-2 down at SWP. Canning town were down 2-0 at ht v Gosnells last week and Gossnelss should have had it sewn up. i could like SWP and Gosnells

Springvale City got 2 sent off last week so that will help Heatherton's cause. Southern Suburbs been missing a few and nothing said about players coming back.
