Odds from Skybet

As you know the games actually take placxe saturday am for us in Europe (6am for Victoria leagues and probably about 8am for the Western Leagues) but bets need to be placed Firday night with most bookmakers. I need to go and get my ASS into gear-
Aussie Soccer Stats | Odds 13th June | City,    , Geelong, Have, Springvale

Should be a good week for us threadwise i hope. Ive not had the time to bet lately. Not had the money either I'm just trying to use this period to finally get us sorted. Only taken me 3 years to find the key. Just a shame things aint going in smoothly. Still maybe this oasis in a jaggy place is just what i need. Reason i belive it could be a good week for the aussie thread is that this is the first week in the victoria leagues where teams meet up for the 2nd time this season. Not a lot of form to go on but it helps put the pieces together.

Re: Aussie State League: 27/06/08

Right hopefully thats things on ASs up to date. ive had more problems with it than i could tell you lately in that it wont let some files be updated. I suppose i will know if it was now fixed if i actually used the place. they say its gonna be a scorcher. I was supposed to go somewhere but i can't can i? I need to run myself downand stay online for a few months yet. Still a long way to go. Whats all this to do with this week's aussie coupon? Nothing i suppose. I better watch out or else a lurker will post telling me that they dont come hear to listen to me going on. Lurker rights eh? ah well lets see whats right and whats wrong and whats been happening. 1st thing to look for is if this is the first reverse fixtures of the season.

Nah it's not the first week of the reverse fixtures. It's the 2nd I didnt have a penny to my name last week. I couldnt bear to look. Not gonna be much better this week but here's hoping there will be enough to get me interested enough to try and sort soemthing out. Actually no whatever happens im gonna sort out my aussie coupon. If i think about things in my offline life it makes my brain recoil and me to look like ive just been punched in the balls. It's the same as when i think of things online. Aussie coupon doesnt make my brain ache. I suppose though i wonder why i bother when no one else does. I have to lead by example i suppose. Let's go have a look at some news before looking at ..nah it has to be shortlist time to begin.

At the odds above (i need a coffee) sod it i'll hang on and grab one. I do just find it hard to concentrate on my coupon. why? Becuase i know thatthere is much more permanent things needing done. I hate this living week to week treading water. I aint allowed to close dow. Like life and the internet i can only do one thing at a time. I get blamed for everything that is ever wrong with this forum. Its easy you see. I put myself up there to be shot down. Im an easy excuse. I think im on the wrong thread. I will try to shut up. If you dont like it im not talking about Stonnington's chances then tough. This is all related to me.

Ok so now i think ive cleared my online head a bit i think i can continue.

Looking down...Cliftonhill look attractive at 11/10. They could have improoved with at least 3 new signings and Kingston could be going backwards. I would have to be interested. Won at Kingston city earlier in the season too which helps. Their home form doesnt seem too hot on paper mind. Need to look more but i am kean. Langwarrin have only scored 2 goals in their last 6 games. Must be a worry. It wouldnt suprise me if St alban won at Keilor pk but i aint interested unless i read otherwise.

Altona Est Phx and Werribee looks one for the draw merchants of the world. I would slightly favour the home but the odds look about right. No bet for me but an interesting game. Moreland City will be in better shape v Brunswick but no bet in that either for me. Nothing appeals infact in Vic 2.

Infact lets have a look at all the reverse fixtures in Victoria

For some reason

21:00 Fremantle 4.33 4.00 Stirling L 1.57

is at 2 for Vcbet and 1.98 in bwin. Yup crap limits but I got it there.
Western Knights will probably win too, will check the other games after I get back home.

Re: Aussie State League: 27/06/08

Knox City are really starting to look like their getting their act together. I have to be interested in the 5/6 at bet365. Maybe Skybet's 8/11 could be nearer the mark. I aint interested in anything else in Vic 3.

SAMOAN Might not agree but ..well i dunno. Maybe Banyule are about the right price. Pre season favs. Results a bit sketchy. Laverton Pk still seeking their first win of the season. I expected Laverton to get beat last week and they got a draw. SAMOAN fancied them to win. Maybe there is more to Laverton than im thinking. Banyule being beat by Lalor utd last week is a worry too. Geelong i could like to beat Lalor utd this week. I like Geelong at home and on their day can be look like title winners. Actually their top of the league too which suprised me. Tight league this one mind. seems like anyone can beat anyone. Geelong Rangers looks like they possibly have to be backed. Looks pretty promising. Westvale might have picked up a bit with the transfer window but need to read more as Geelong rangers could be a quality bet. Likewise with Sydenham. theyve really picked up. La Trobe are proving to be a hard team to beat but it wont take much for me to be on sydenham. I could do with a win. suppose that would help. Ive been skint for weeks if not months now. Not paid rent nor fines in that period either. Ive tried for 3 weeks to get to town for my painkillers and heartburn tablets. Just cant get there. I sit here and smoke and scowl at the thought of going out. I just wish i dint have so much to still to do online. I wish things ran themselves. Sudenly im thinking about getting drink. that will make life easy wont it?

Croydon city i like. In good form and not disgraced v inform Springvale City last week. Sandringham have been improving butt hey still might not have improved enough to beat a promoted croydon side that seem to have kept up the winning habit this season. I need to read more on Springvale City this week but they could be my nap of the week. They really look like their fionally getting themselves together. they pay big wages in the league and finally their starting to show their long suffering fans glimpses of being worth their money. Southern Suburbs aint all that but i remeber this fixture last season when i lost the most money i have ever lost on backing springvale city to win. SS won 2-1. I have reason to be wary.

I'd love to have the confidence to back Doveton but they might not have shown me enough of late and Berwick have been better than recent results suggest. One to look at though. Morewell v Heatherton isa rightly the game of the day in Vic 5 and i could make cases for them both. Bah i was gonna say i was interested in the 4/5 on Morewell i i think theyre a class above Heatherton on the day but with that price being at Skybet it doesnt help me. I dont think i would put anyone off taking Morewell at that price though.

Hume i could be interested in. Mooroolbark i will be interested in. Massive game between Noble Pk and their all-stars and Nunawading who are looking to go straight back up. I must say the Nunawading price suprised me a bit. 5/2 with bet365 and i could make it half that. Gonna be tight but Nunwading looks like a good value bet. I should be able to find out more about this one. I'll go see what scraps i can find on the reverse fixtures. after i go to spar (for no drink)

Re: Aussie State League: 27/06/08

Howdo pelatis. good to see you. thanks for bringing the Victor Chandler prices to my attention too. Just the western premier they have odds for i notice. That looks a cracking price on Western Knights at first glance. aye Armadale shocked a few with their win at home to Fremantle the other week and Western Knights are not the team they were but you'd half expect Western Knights to be nearer 1/2 wouldnt you? Let me go look at the odds on this one then. I nearly forgot about the Western leagues then.

Aye Victor Chandler are out of line with hteir 5/6 on Western Knights. 4/6 elsewhere. I better go re-check that list of 'bookmakers that take Ukash' and see if i could have some more betting options.

Fcuk your right Stirling lions are even money at Victor Chandler and 4/7 with Skybet. I think the odds compilier at Victor Chandler is on his first week setting the odds for the Western Premier. I recommnd 2 singles on that straight away myself. Stirling still are drawing too much but on odds and value alone Western Knights and Stirling lions should be backed at the Victor Chandler prices. Interesting they go 6/4 on Mandurah too whilst the others go even money on them. truth be told i slightly favour Sorrento here as im one of these 'the bubble's burst' types. Still be interesting to read up and catch up with the western premier.

Western Div One looks a tricky affair this week. the only bet i could possibly consider iss improving and experienced Morely to beat Queens Pk who generally on their day are pretty poor.

Re: Aussie State League: 27/06/08

Nice wee report from the last time Sydenham met La Trode. Sydenham have improved since too

Quote:
This game will go down as an opportunity missed by Sydenham who dominated this game and created enough clear opportunities to win 5 games. With Sydenham dominating possession and dictating the run of play, La Trobe spent much of the game in their defensive half and breaking forward on the counter attack, they also had a couple of opportunities to pinch the game. Sydenham did put the ball in the back of the net only to be ruled off side by the linesman, after the game the referee indicated that this was an error. Having said that, Sydenham have no one to blame but themselves, the game should have been over by half time.

also this on the wrriee/altona ep game. Looks as tight as i predict for this weekend

Quote:
WC started the game off well and took the lead after a long ball found their striker who poked it under the keeper before scrambling over the line. AE came back into the game with a great cross to the back post by Meletis that was tapped onto the bar by the Werribee keeper but Tolli was there to smash in the equaliser. With about 5 mins left in the first half a Werribee player was sent off (second yellow card) for dissent. Second half Altona should have made Werribee pay but we had two good chances both from Gaffar to win (one shot from inside the box - keeper pulled off impossible save and also hit the post). In the end good result for Werribee, maybe draw was a fair result becuase second half lacked intencity from PAOK. hard game next week against the Red Devils
nothing much more on the victoria forum. It's like this forum. once one or 2 folks aint posting then everyone else gives up. Frankston Strikers had 2 sent off last week. Doveton v Berwick is a big derby game. I should have rememebred that. Doveton didnt look that good last week from reports
Doveton Soccer Club

Interesting that Stonnington are widely tipped on their tipping thread to beat Eastern Lions. I suppose they werent as bad as the home defeat by diamond valley suggests and that was a thumping win over Doncaster last week. sod it i better go get on with the frontpage and the like. I have to sort that and then sort my life out. I can't hang about the forum posting 100+ posts a day till all this is done. When i used to post a lot the forum was busy. Folks need a motivator see. When i go off to do the frontpage there is no one doing any motivating and the place slows down. then someone will pick a fight with me over something that usally shoudlnt concern them and before we know it folks are calling for my head and it's my fault the place is shiite. suppose it is

Re: Aussie State League: 27/06/08

EARLY THOUGHTS

STONNINGTON - Difficult to argue with the Victoria forum boys. Eastern's bare form looks OK, but
looking a bit deeper, they have obtained 8 points from their last 6 games, but 7 of
those points came against the bottom 3.

S SPRINGVALE - Could lead to another debate with komp, but wary of Knox, who have rocketed up
the league on the back of beating the bottom 4.

GEELONG R - Was expecting an odds on quote, so happy with 11/10.

SYDENHAM - Listed them as a possible improver 3 weeks ago, but for some reason missed them
last week. Not making that mistake again.

ENDEAVOUR - Again one of my " improvers " and Boroondara are struggling.

STIRLING L - I think I read that Freo lost again last week in the cup, need to check this, but
anyway their overall profile is poor.

COCKBURN - They score enough goals and dont concede many. Would have been happy with EVS.

ARMADALE PARK - 2 poor sides obviously, but Western's inability to score against Fremantle would
concern me. I would also say that Army's long awaited first win ( even against Freo )
might just give them a boost in oonfidence.

DIANELLA - Another " repeat " selection and to be fair I can be guilty of following sides off the edge
of a cliff. The 2 - 9 reversel to SWP, is always at the back of one's mind, but I still think
they are considerably better than mid table. Not to frorget of course that in their last
2 games they beat the 4th placed and drew with the 2nd place teams.

Re: Aussie State League: 27/06/08

Interesting stuff SAMOAN. If i was drunk i might just threaten to come round your house looking for a fight (sorry i'll shut up. Another thread in another time SAMOAN)

Interesting stuff on Eastern Lions SAMOAN. I do think theyre out thier league a bit in this higher division and maybe what you say takes away a little bit of my uncertainty over Stonnington. Your right about Knox having soft opposition their last 4 SAMOAN and they were found out the 3 games previous v better teams (diamond valley on their day) Still their early form looks quite good in patches too and i like a team thats winning. I would have to look at it more. I prefer South Springvale at home. there should be reports on this site about the 2 but i cant find the games or else Aussie soccer stats is wrong
Home Page - ExtraTime Football Website

I was wanting to be on cockburn myself SAMON but what puts me off is ECU's home record. Im pretty sure theyve only lost twice in nearly 3 tears at home. i need to check that but it puts me off. I suppose ECU's injuries would have cleared up a bit too. Cockburn can beat anyone and thewir consitant too though and i can see the appeal.

western knights im expecting (like most) to start coming good this season SAMOAN. theyve been strong since ive followed the aussie leagues and there is expectation from folks. They beat Perth in the cup last week 3-0 and i do think they'll have too much for armadale. i will read more.

I notice this though
Football West

The state team off to somewhere in asia. I wonder if they wont be back for the weekend? I suppose Asia aint far from western Australia. Theyve probably gone by bus. ill go read the bayswater forum and see if theres more info.

I only wanted a bit of debate, but it looks like Komp will be sending the boys round soon. I think the threat of violence would have been greater however if I had tipped Waverley ( mind you I would then deserve a beating ) Still, all good banter and hopefully between us we can weed out a couple of winners and just as importantly swerve a couple of losers.

Aye i think its the dodging of losers is the key SAMOAN. Noting wrong with a bit of violence on forums is there? Nice to see a bit of passion I don't have 'any boys' anymore SAMOAN. My boys want to send 'the boys round' to me

Oh here's a goodie SAMOAN

That 2.00 on Stirling Lions ot Victor Chandler looks an even bigger steal. fcuk. Lump on i said before and this just makes a mockery of it all. Could be 2/5 or less imo

Re: Aussie State League: 27/06/08

Lets see what their predicting about this one on the bayswater forum. sod it lets look at that and the Knights game to as i think Western Knights are a steal at Victor Chandler too

Fremantle 1-3 Stirling - With the fixture being moved to Maccies, it's just further reason why the Lions will stroll to victory.
Western Knights 4-1 Armadale - The Knights are looking very strong at the moment.

Spirit 0 V Lions 3
Knights 1 V Army 2

Fremantle 1-3 Stirling - Lions comfortable.
Western Knights 2-1 Armadale - The Knights much stronger than league position... Armadale will be up for it.

fremantle 0 - 4 stirling - macedonia massacre
knights 3 - 0 armadale - knights to push away from the bottom

Spirit 0 V Lions 6 Total annihilation
Knights 5 V Army 0 My team just getting stronger and stronger

Benfica 1-4 Macedonia
Croatia 4-1 Armadale

Re: Aussie State League: 27/06/08

he heh heh VC have more odds up for other leagues. Lets grab a coffee and see if they have been fools. I withdrew 30 quid from my poker when i had some money Saturday night to pay for my broadband end of the month. I should be able to get that into my vc account tomorrow i reckon

slight hitch in the Stirling bet. Geordie mentions this-

Quote:
Could b a long day at the office, the Freo Lions game switched to Maccie Park but we are missing several key players, Marc Antony (away with state side and then glory) Porter and Muir (suspended) Rhodes (away with work) and God knows who else.
Interesting though he mentions that he state players WILL still be away. Lets go see what players are away as obviously they will be teams best players.

Quote:
WA State Side – GK Neil Young (Sorrento), Jeff Bright, Keith Brown, Andy Brown (Mandurah City), Scott Bulloch (Sorrento), John Migas (Floreat Athena), Dean Evans, Mark Anthony (Stirling Lions), Johnny Mirco (Cockburn City)(Paul Harvey (Canning City 58), Andrija Jukic (Perth SC), Ian McMurray (ECU Joondalup)
Subs not Used: Kenny Ftynogiannis (Balcatta)
that was the team that played the other week when beating Perth glory. I will need to find out more. Mandurah look badly hit and that could make me chance Sorrento. they'll miss talisman Neil young in goals mind. Paul Harvey is Canning towns guiding light up front.

The State team really is THE BEST players in the league. Not young raw talent, not just a load of old experience. Its the best players from each team.

Football West

That 2.00 on Stirling Lions ot Victor Chandler looks an even bigger steal. fcuk. Lump on i said before and this just makes a mockery of it all. Could be 2/5 or less imo
They will find it out and cancel our bet

The West Australian squad to play Perth Glory and the Indonesian Under-23 team consists of Kenny Ftynogiannis (Balcatta), Paul Harvey (Canning City), John Mirco (Cockburn City), Garin Collins, John Migas (Floreat Athena), Tommy Amphlett, Ian McMurray (E.C.U. Joondalup), Jeff Bright, Andy Brown, Keith Brown (Mandurah City), Andrija Jukic (Perth S.C.), Scott Bulloch, Neil Young (Sorrento), Marc Anthony and Dean Evans (Stirling Lions).
